Assistant Account Manager/Corporate Department

NICOSIA position

We are searching for a motivated individual to assume the role of Assistant Account Manager in our Corporate Department in Nicosia.
We can offer excellent opportunities to receive professional training both in Cyprus and abroad and a key role in rapidly growing team.

In this role you would:

  • Be part of the Corporate Services (CS) department team;
  • Have direct communication with clients from various countries;
  • Be responsible for execution of daily tasks such as incorporating companies, setting up client bank accounts in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders’ meetings, assisting with changes in the Company’s M&A, preparing and submitting of Annual Returns, preparing PoAs, and drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements;
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate documents in support of transactions;
  • Translate corporate documents;
  • Actively participate in the marketing campaign of the Company;
  • Report to an Account Manager.

About you:

  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar position, with sufficient exposure in all areas of corporate administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish and English languages is essential (knowledge of English and/or Greek will be considered an advantage);
  • Degree in Accounting or Law will be considered a strong advantage;
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Exceptional organisational skills will be required in order to excel in this position;
  • Self motivated and career-driven.
